Soteria House Resident Support Staff - 2nd Shift
The Company: Pathways Vermont is a dynamic nonprofit agency committed to permanently ending homelessness and offering innovative mental health alternatives throughout Vermont.

The Program: Soteria Vermont is a five-bed hospitalization prevention residence for individuals experiencing an early episode of psychosis who wish to avoid or minimize their exposure to medications and/or clinical interventions. Soteria House operates as a Therapeutic Community Residence (TCR). Services are funded by the Vermont Department of Mental Health (DMH) and TCR compliance is overseen by the Department of Aging and Independent Living (DAIL).
Soteria is a unionized program at Pathways Vermont and the Resident Support Staff role is a unionized position within Soteria Vermont.
The Role: The Resident Support Staff is a member of the Soteria community which focuses on essential house functions and being with residents.
Available Positions: 1
Location: In person (Burlington VT)
Schedule: Thursdays 630pm-12am, Friday 4pm-12am, Saturday-Monday 3pm-11pm; Weekly Meeting Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm (virtual)
Reports to: Second Shift Supervisor
Compensation: $21.00/hr
