COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Location: Ennis, TX | Onsite

• $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary DOE

• Bi-annual profit sharing

• Full-time | Direct Hire

ROLE IMPACT

This role supports escrow operations by assisting with residential and farm/ranch transactions, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing of files.

The Escrow Assistant plays a key role in maintaining smooth transaction flow, supporting escrow officers, and delivering a high level of service to clients.

This position is ideal for someone with escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transaction experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with residential and farm/ranch escrow transactions

• Support escrow officers with file preparation, processing, and closing coordination

• Maintain and organize transaction documentation and records

• Communicate with clients, lenders, and internal teams as needed

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness

• Ensure timelines and deadlines are met throughout the transaction process

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

• Deliver professional, responsive customer service

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3+ years of escrow, title or real estate exp

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Stable work history preferred

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Escrow and title software systems (or similar transaction-based systems)

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Document management systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with residential and/or farm/ranch transactions

• Background in escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transactions

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry

• Fully in-office role in Ennis, TX
