Revenue Operations Lead
Join Level AI, a hyper-growth Series B startup in Silicon Valley, on a mission to transform customer service through AI and machine learning. As a Revenue Operations Lead, you will manage and optimize the tech stack driving revenue operations, ensuring seamless integration and configuration of tools like CRM and marketing automation. This role is essential for enhancing the effectiveness of our go-to-market teams and improving the overall customer care experience.
Develop and monitor operational processes for go-to-market teams.
Identify and address obstacles between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Manage GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Hubspot.
Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights into revenue performance.
Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives.
6+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably in SaaS.
Technical proficiency with CRM and marketing operations tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data effectively.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and remote settings.
