IT Service Catalog Lead - ServiceNow & ITIL Focus

Collins Aerospace

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Service Request Catalog Lead to design and govern the ITSM catalog within a ServiceNow environment. You will collaborate with RTX and DT stakeholders to refine requirements, test catalog items, and drive continuous improvement in request management. You will manage the catalog lifecycle, track SLAs, and lead training and communications to ensure a consistent, user-friendly experience across the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
