- Salary: $500,000 - $550,000 annually, based on experience and training
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder; actual salary is salaried)

- Provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for the Hematology/Oncology Division within Henry Ford Health
- Lead and mentor over 40 physicians across multiple hospitals and outpatient sites
- Direct clinical, academic, and research initiatives in cancer care and research programs
- Collaborate with institutional leadership to expand and enhance oncology services and research initiatives including clinical trials and precision medicine
- Oversee and develop innovative models for inpatient and outpatient oncology care
- Manage a clinical practice ( 25%) while dedicating time to leadership and research
- Promote multidisciplinary teamwork across departments and specialties
- Support graduate medical education and fellowship programs
Required:
- Board certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship
- Significant leadership experience within academic or large health systems
- Proven ability to oversee faculty, clinical programs, and research
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Eligibility for H1B visa support
- Leadership roles such as Vice Chair, Chief, Program Director, or Division Head
- Experience with strategic planning, operational oversight, and clinical research
