Odessa, TX, United States | req33013 Work Schedule: 1st Shift What you will enjoy doing* Youwill perform customer service activities, including receiving and enteringtelephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracingorder status or product shipments Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store salesrepresentative Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup andpricing Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins andoccasionally support additional locations What makes you great Youhave a high school diploma/GED 1+ year(s) of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales is preferred You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in thisrole You do not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictionswithin the last ten (10) years Able to lift 50lbs Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion. Pay Range: $21.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
