Interact with clients and technical teams on environmental and biological topics. Deliver work in alignment with ERM’s quality, budget, schedule, and management system standards. Conduct all field and office activities in compliance with ERM and client health and safety requirements. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and project success. Qualifications Required: BA/BS or Master’s degree in a natural science discipline or equivalent experience. 2+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of two field seasons of wetland delineation. Minimum of two (2) field seasons of wetland delineation experience using the 1987 Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual and applicable Regional Supplements, along with appropriate wetland delineation training or coursework. Familiarity with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regional Supplements (Arid West and Great Plains). Ability to conduct extended fieldwork (up to 75% travel) in variable weather conditions and challenging terrain. Working knowledge of sub‑meter GPS technologies, field data collection, and map interpretation (NWI, USGS, aerial imagery). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed technical reports. Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs. Preferred: Prior experience supporting permitting applications and environmental constraints analyses. Preferred: Experience interacting directly with clients or supporting client‑facing deliverables. Preferred: Local or regional familiarity with projects in Texas and surrounding areas; local candidates preferred.
