Special Education Teacher – Rocklin, California
2026–2027 School Year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time opportunity in Rocklin, California during the 2026–2027 school year .
Position Details
- August 12, 2026 – June 7, 2027
- Full-time
- Maternity leave coverage with potential extension through the end of the school year
- August – November: Elementary School
- November – March: Middle School
- Likely to continue through the remainder of the school year
Requirements
- Active California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential required
- Screenshot of active California CTC credential must be included with candidate submission
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong IEP development, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate special education documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and success
Pay
- $38-44hr (based on experience, caseload and credentials)
