Overview The primary responsibility of a legal intake specialist is to set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm. Key Responsibilities Interview prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases. Conduct primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit. Evaluate prospective clients' claims to determine whether they are in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm. Sign up new clients, gaining a client's business. Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates. Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls. Maintain an excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise. Demonstrate empathy by building trust through a genuine understanding of the customer's situation. Use strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication. Leverage sales experience to acquire new business. Be driven, resilient, and persistent. Possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow. Enjoy working in a team environment. Act as a natural salesperson, securing client sign‑ups and managing all aspects of personal injury claims. Exhibit confidence while handling phone interactions. Be fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm, working flawlessly with specialists, paralegals, and administrative professionals. Solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor. Compensation Compensation Range: $55,000 - $60,000 USD The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior relevant experience, business needs, and market factors.
