Legal Intake Specialist

My team's client is seeking a professional and polished Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The role is located in Bergen County, NJ. Responsibilities :Handle a high volume of call sQualify potential clients through structured intake question sGather and enter detailed information into case management system sProvide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalis mPrioritize and manage multiple inquiries efficientl yCollaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth intake processe sMaintain confidentiality and adhere to law firm standard Requirement s:1+ years of customer service experience in a law firm or professional services environme ntStrong phone presence and communication skil lsAbility to remain calm and organized under pressu reReliable and able to work fully on-site, Monday–Friday, 9–6 in Bergen County, NJProficient with basic computer systems and data ent #J-18808-Ljbffr Grace and Faye Consulting LLC
