Responsibilities:

Lead and assist with the development, implementation and ongoing support of business applications and business intelligence solutions through participation in all life-cycle phases; requirements, analysis, development, pilot, test, training, data conversions

Develop a thorough knowledge of manufacturing systems, business processes, data structures and information delivery/analysis tools and technique

Develop knowledge of application solutions and business processes

Participate in the design and implementation of business process changes

Develop and manage projects. Determine resources, meet project schedules/milestones and complete project deliverables according to department standards

Develop and document procedural and system documentation. Lead and facilitate training of key users

Participate and lead in the evaluation and selection of alternatives, solutions and partners

Communicate plans, activities, progress, issues and status to management and key stakeholders
