You will work onsite in Simi Valley, CA on a first shift schedule (M-F, 8:00am–4:30pm) and interact with internal teams, carriers, and export partners to keep freight moving and records current.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamVerify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipmentsCreate shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels for outbound shipmentsSecure, identify, and maintain inventory accessibility for authorized personnelCoordinate outbound freight with carriers and audit export shipments (AES international shipping)Confirm delivery completion in the business system and communicate status to stakeholdersSupport traffic, logistics coordination, and contract administrationFollow safety policies and procedures and meet production schedules and deadlinesProvide regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights, weekends, or additional hours as requiredHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleDangerously good experience in shipping & receiving operationsCustomer portal experience and team planner proficiencyAES international shipping experience0–2 years of relevant experience (1–2 years indicated as required)High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeships a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritizeGood interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutLeadership experienceForklift experienceSAP experiencePay Range$15-18.65/hour
