Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in-home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home.

We are hiring exceptional caregivers for PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling and premium expectations.

Our care services are currently provided throughout the Greater Nashville area, including but not limited to:

• Gallatin
• Mount Juliet
• Antioch
• Surrounding Middle Tennessee communities

Candidates must be comfortable traveling within these areas. Full-Time Float team members should expect regular travel between client locations.

Provide high-quality, client-focused in-home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity and professionalism.

This leadership-forward role supports new client starts, care transitions, and team development. Float Specialists set the tone for the Matriarch experience and model excellence across the field.

Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care

Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety

Provide companionship and emotional support

Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition

Maintain accurate, real-time documentation

Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment

Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members

Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy

Lead new client onboarding and care transitions

Float between clients and locations as needed

Mentor and support new caregivers in the field

Ensure care plans are followed with precision

Represent the Matriarch standard at all times

Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience (preferred)

Strong communication skills and reliability

Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently in client homes

Reliable transportation (required, especially for Float role)

Weekend availability strongly preferred for weekend positions

Willingness to travel throughout Greater Nashville (Float role)

Flexible scheduling (PRN)

Limited on-call rotation (Full-Time Float: one weekend per month)
