Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, including their strengths, needs, and overall well-being.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to ensure well-coordinated and holistic care for each patient.

• Equip patients and their families with an understanding of diagnoses, various treatment options, and medication regimens through active education and engagement.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapeutic sessions, employing appropriate evidence-based modalities to foster recovery and emotional resilience.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with treatment teams and the patients themselves, aligning therapeutic goals with patient preferences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a robust sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
