We are actively seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA‑C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing, award‑winning interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, Maryland. Duties Perform patient consultations and follow‑up evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assist with pain management and medication management Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers Educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers Deliver compassionate, patient‑focused care Qualifications Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $135K plus bonuses for Total Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000+ 4 Weeks PTO CME Allowance Malpractice Coverage 401(k) Health Insurance Reimbursement About Us We are a leading interventional pain management practice dedicated to restoring quality of life for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions.
