Comptech Associates is looking for a Small Business Help Desk Representative in O’Fallon, MO. The role requires providing exceptional customer service via phone in a call delivery environment, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, critical thinking, and the ability to multi-task. An education background is preferred but not mandatory.
