Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $95.00 - $115.00 per hour DOE, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Contract (May 25, 2026 - December 31, 2026, with strong potential to extend into 2027)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level Staff Solutions Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of a large-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Operations Technology initiative. This role will drive program delivery across cross-functional teams and external partners, including system integrators, to support a global implementation.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong program ownership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving progress and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for MES and operations technology initiatives, ensuring delivery against key milestones
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and RAIDE logs across multiple workstreams
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, IT, and external partners
• Partner with Finance to align budgets, track POs, and manage program cash flow
• Coordinate and lead workshops with system integrators and internal stakeholders
• Maintain program dashboards and communication tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams)
• Lead program governance, including core team and steering committee meetings
• Identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
• Support Agile planning processes and ensure alignment with overall program timelines
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation processes, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within technical environments
• Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations, ideally including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Strong background working across Agile or SAFe environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience with SDLC, infrastructure programs, and system integration efforts
• Familiarity with computer systems validation and QMS compliance
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SAP, or similar enterprise systems is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree required
