: Accounting Manager (Full Time)

The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking an Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support, supervision and leadership to assigned staff
• Oversee and assist with payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile cash accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable on a monthly basis
• Assist with preparing monthly financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and analytical review
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports related to performance and contract compliance
• Provide support for all financial audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processes
• Highly proficient in the use of spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and be resourceful when problem solving
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
