Senior Project Manager – Electrical ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects within the mission-critical and data center sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and field teams.Responsibilities:Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final completionManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performanceCoordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teamsOversee project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applicationsIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and profitabilityProvide leadership and support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnelMaintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project deliveryEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standardsIdeal Candidate:7+ years of electrical construction project management experienceExperience with mission-critical, hyperscale, data center, semiconductor, or similarly complex electrical projectsStrong understanding of electrical construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and project financialsProven ability to manage large-scale, high-value construction projectsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness and ability to relocate for project opportunities with company assistanceCompensation & Benefits:Highly competitive salary based on experiencePerformance bonuses tied to project completion and retentionComprehensive benefits packagePaid Time Off (PTO)Relocation assistanceLong-term career growth with a leading mission-critical electrical contractor
