Estate Concierge

Job Description:

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

Brasswood Estate is looking for an Estate Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate is a positive self-starter with strong leadership attributes who is flexible and loves working in a team environment. Hospitality experience and attention to detail are a must. More importantly, someone who knows how to go above and beyond to give our guests an excellent experience and show them all that our property has to offer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Provide excellent and professional customer service in-person, via email, and on the phone, with an emphasis on creating customer loyalty and retention, representing the entire property.

•  Book experiences for the tasting room via phone, RESY, TOCK, and email, gathering the necessary information in a professional and friendly manner, and coordinate tasting room calendar with events and restaurant teams. Book restaurant reservations as needed for guests.

•  Welcome our guests onto the property and assist them with navigating the numerous tasting, dining, and shopping options.

•  Conduct wine tastings and tours when needed. Support tasting room team by assisting with set-up needs and supplying printed collateral for tastings and perform daily tasting room duties: wipe down tables, bus and wash glasses, put out/bring in cushions, restock wine, keep property in top condition, etc.

•  Process sales and shipping orders. Commerce 7, TOCK, & RESY experience is a must.

•  Build long-lasting relationships with the Napa Valley community and wine industry, acting as a Brasswood Ambassador, developing and maintaining referrals with wineries, hotels, drivers, & concierges.

•  Collaborate with all departments in a professional and effective manner to provide an excellent guest experience.

•  Other duties, as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

•  Two years of previous wine, hospitality or restaurant hostess experience. Reservations knowledge preferred.
•  Possess excellent communication & organizational skills.
•  Be 21 years of age or over.
•  Must work weekends and holidays and be available evenings, if needed.
•  Be energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
•  Maintain appropriate dress and personal hygiene standards.
•  Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift wine cases up to 50 pounds.
