Onsite Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an active construction project in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Location: Massachusetts Responsibilities Manage daily on-site construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues. Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs. Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress photos. Work closely with architects, engineers, inspectors, and ownership representatives. Qualifications Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use construction projects preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
