The Opportunity

We're looking for a Property Coordinator to be the central point of contact across our portfolio, working from our office with site visits as needed. This is a relationship-first role: you're the face and voice of Westerly to our tenants and vendors, the person who answers the phone, knows people by name, and follows through so things get done. You'll be supported by a virtual assistant who helps facilitate documentation, request logs, and bookkeeping. The details and the follow-through are your responsibility, and we're looking for someone who takes real pride of ownership in what they do.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant & Maintenance Coordination

•    Serve as the first point of contact for tenant requests

•    Dispatch vendors and meet them on-site as needed

Vendor Management

•    Source, vet, and build rosters of trusted trades and vendors across the portfolio

•    Maintain relationships with maintenance staff, plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, landscapers, general contractors, engineers, and architects

Financial

•    Execute approved vendor payments in QuickBooks

•    Handle bank deposits and wires

General Office Presence

•    Manage physical mail, packages, and deliveries

•    Physically file or deliver site plan packages, closing / tax documents, and other submissions prepared by our office

Qualifications

•    Prior experience in property management, facilities coordination, or maintenance operations

•    Comfortable being the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors

•    Highly reliable and detail-oriented

•    Based on the South Shore, with ability to travel to properties as needed

•    Valid driver's license

•    Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
