- Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems
- Deliver accurate diagnoses and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate clearly with customers
- Manage your daily service calls with professionalism and ownership
- Consistently produce high-quality work while meeting performance expectations
- Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- 2 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Ability to diagnose HVAC systems independently and work safely without direct supervision
- Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay productive independently
- Commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC service
- EPA Certification required
