Job Title: PRN Pharmacist Location: Georgetown, DE Schedule: Pharmacy Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 40 hours per week Coverage Dates: July 7, 2026 – July 22, 2026 Specific coverage days needed: July 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17, 20, and 21 Candidates available for full weekly coverage are welcome Overview: This position is in a rehabilitation hospital setting and offers the opportunity to work a full-time schedule while supporting pharmacy operations and patient care services. Specific coverage dates are needed, though candidates interested in working the full assignment duration are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities: Provide pharmacy staffing and clinical support services in a hospital setting Review, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with applicable regulations and policies Supervise and provide oversight to Pharmacy Technicians during assigned shifts Ensure accurate medication order processing and documentation Participate in patient medication management and pharmacy operations Maintain compliance with all pharmacy, hospital, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with healthcare providers to support quality patient care Support IV compounding activities as needed Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license Recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred IV Compounding experience required Strong medication management and clinical pharmacy skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment Willingness to participate in weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage if needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rehabilitation or acute care hospital settings Familiarity with hospital pharmacy information systems Experience supervising or working alongside Pharmacy Technicians Assignment Details: Temporary contract opportunity Rehabilitation hospital setting Immediate coverage need Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $65 - $70 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
