Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Assignment Details

Start date: ASAP

Guaranteed hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN, LA Fire Card, CA state license
• Pending License not accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vitals, recognizing any changes in status.
• Administer medications and perform interventions as per established protocols.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the labor and postpartum process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
