Master Data Manager

What we need to see Establish clear data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management practices Develop and monitor data quality benchmarks (accuracy, completeness, timeliness) Identify root causes of data defects and implement balanced fixes—not just one-off corrections Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Analytics groups to ensure data structures match business requirements Act as the bridge between business collaborators and technical teams Support the build of centralized, reusable data models and pipelines Ensure master data is structured to support reporting, automation, and advanced analytics Partner with analytics teams to ensure consistent benchmark definitions and What we need to see Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or data quality—preferably in logistics or supply chain environments Proven ability to manage data across multiple systems and drive cross-functional alignment Experience defining data models, governance frameworks, and quality metrics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence collaborators at Ways to stand out from the crowd Experience with global logistics operations and transportation data (carriers, Hands-on experience with data pipelines, SQL, or cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Snowflake) Familiarity with EDI data (e.g., 214/210) and logistics visibility systems Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools Background in building centralized data models or shared data platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr Astreya
