We're hiring for a highly-skilled, motivated, and passionate beer and food lover to assist in prepping, cooking, and setting up to quality guidelines and standards. Will assist with grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Consistently produce quality food items in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Accurately follow recipes and prep procedures for service and catering requests
• Execute opening and/or closing procedures
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to cross-train on multiple stations and roles

Expectations:

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen (experience with catering is a plus)
• Food handler certification
• Commitment to quality
