Your Impact Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast‑paced, rewarding job suited for responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated individuals who are willing to travel and grow in the Telecom industry. The position is regional; candidates should reside in the Hadley, Massachusetts area. Core Responsibilities Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install and replace components of entire systems. Conduct performance checks and perform regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment. Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency call‑outs. Complete daily work reports accurately and timely. Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally, per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. Core Experience Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required). 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred). Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems is preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Physical/Work Environment Candidates should reside in the Hadley, Massachusetts area. Availability for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion. Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure. Occasional overnight stays required – company pays travel costs and provides per diem. Driving to remote work sites as needed. Exposure to ambient temperatures while working outdoors. Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. Required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. Compensation Hourly rate: $24.00–$38.00 (DOE); Base pay range: $24.00–$40.00. Compensation is influenced by skill set, experience, and location.
