Job Title: Construction Laborer
Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.


As a Construction Laborer, you'll support the team on various projects, helping to build and maintain exceptional structures while developing valuable skills in the construction industry. You'll work closely with your crew to ensure the job sites are safe, organized, and efficient.


What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and maintaining construction job sites
• Assisting with mill property maintenance projects
• Setting forms, beams, and other structural components
• Building stem walls and footings
• Pouring, finishing, and assisting with concrete work
• Operating hand and power tools safely
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting the crew with general labor duties as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous construction labor experience preferred
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Location & Schedule:
