Pay: $20/hr - $25/hr DOE
Hours: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 hours shifts starting between 5am-7am (flexible to work swing shifts)

As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll perform routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, and production machinery, helping to keep operations running smoothly.


What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on facilities and production equipment
• Supporting building and ground upkeep including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work
• Assisting with minor maintenance on forging presses and furnaces
• Documenting maintenance activities and completing required paperwork
• Assisting with scrap recovery and material handling activities

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic mechanical and maintenance aptitude and willingness to learn
• Desire to be trained into a maintenance technician role
• Previous maintenance or manufacturing background preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and detailed instructions
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's license

Location & Schedule:
This is an on-site position in Albany, OR, offering a Monday-Friday day shift with occasional swing shifts.
