Job Summary The Registered Nurse is a professional nurse registered in Massachusetts responsible for planning and providing patient care to assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care as set forth in the Nursing Department's Clinical Practice Manual. The RN demonstrates initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs and takes full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation of patient care directly to a designated nurse manager or supervisor. Responsibilities Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. Assume full responsibility for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high‑quality patient care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations. Apply hospital standards and protocols to ensure safe and effective nursing practice. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required). MA Registered Nurse License (required). Prior nursing experience is not required unless specified for certain specialty areas. Demonstrated basic analytical thinking, observational skills, and the ability to set priorities. Capability to function under stress with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective teamwork, communication, respect for others, and time/priority management.
