Senior Manager Statistical Programming

Discover Your Role Lead programming support across multiple studies, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables Coordinate programming documentation and specifications, following established standards Champion company values through excellence, collaboration, and accountability Communicate proactively with study and project teams to clarify requirements and guide programmers Lead submission-ready programming deliverables for global regulatory authority filings Drive department goals and serve as a subject matter expert on key topics Guide the development of direct reports through goal-setting, coaching, and mentoring Contribute to hiring by screening and interviewing programming candidates This Role Might Be For You If You bring advanced SAS skills honed in a clinical data environment (ideally across multiple therapeutic areas) You understand pharmaceutical clinical development, statistical concepts, and regulatory submission requirements You collaborate across global, interdisciplinary teams; manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality You have a self-starter mindset and enjoy influencing, mentoring, and coaching You are energized by hands-on programming and people leadership This Role Requires Advanced SAS programming expertise in a clinical data environment Strong understanding of clinical trial principles and regulatory submission requirements Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities Demonstrated mentoring/coaching experience with junior programmers Education/experience: MS or BS in relevant fields (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related) with 10+ years (12+ for BS) programming experience, preferably in clinical trial data; includes some project and people management experience Preferred: Knowledge of R or Python Application: Salary Range (annually): $150,500.00 - $245,500.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
