ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Now in my 14th year as a State Farm agent, I came into agency life after 11 years in finance, bringing with me a strong foundation in customer service, financial guidance, and relationship-building. Our agency has been fortunate to earn multiple State Farm awards and achievements, but we're just getting started! Our team has grown to 15 members and continues to expand as we serve our community with care and consistency.

I’m a proud UCLA graduate, and outside of work I'm a car enthusiast, an outdoors lover, and a passionate sports fan. Community support is a core part of who we are—we actively contribute to annual toy drives and partner with organizations like the Ronald McDonald Charity to support children and families battling cancer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Stan Tolesnikov - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
