On-Site Property Maintenance Technician
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 360-unit property to protect and enhance the physical standards of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. This role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, and ensures safety and code compliance at the property. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with rotating on-call. EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-site housing discounts available for #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
