Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 08/17/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA with a therapy staffing partner. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active OR PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience with NetHealth/PCC preferred. (Client uses Nethealth/PCC EMR.) Experience in skilled nursing or in-house therapy settings preferred. 100-bed skilled nursing facility environment experience is preferred. All candidates considered, including new graduates. Client is open to new grads. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Schedule: Full-time hours. EMR System: Nethealth/PCC. In-house therapy team.
