Real Estate Asset Manager I - LIHTC/HUD Investments

National Church Residences in Dublin, Ohio is seeking an Asset Manager I responsible for creating and overseeing asset management strategies for multi-family LIHTC and HUD communities. You will work closely with property managers to improve performance and manage financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree in Finance or related field, preferably with an MBA or CPA, and experience in real estate asset management.
