Guest Services Attendant

As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we're seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to join us as a part-time Guest Services Attendant. What You'll Do:
- Deliver a welcoming experience for members, guests, and visitors
- Provide information about facility programs and schedules, assist guests in registering for activities, and direct guests throughout the facility
- Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed
- Assist with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, shift checklists, and help support overall department and facility needs
- Support event and program setup and breakdown
- Receive and organize mail and deliveries
