Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients and dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to optimize meal efficiency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock rotation, inventory counts, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
