What You'll Do

Provide advanced emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and document findings accurately
Assist with emergency procedures and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families about treatment options and recovery
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards
Maintain thorough documentation and accurate medication administration
Demonstrate adept judgment and effective communication skills in high-pressure situations

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years' ER nursing experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
Experience working with diverse patient populations
