Title: Phlebotomist I
Contract Duration: 3+ months.
Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs
Location: 2656 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island NY 10306
Pay Rate: $18/ Hr to $24.00/ Hr on W2.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional Job Details: Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
8am-430pm, Monday through Friday
Allina Credentialing Required:
Required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap and TB Test
Strongly Recommended: COVID and Flu
State of Credentials Licenses Required: NA
Shift/Time Zone: Site: 8am-430pm Central time
