Senior Originations Director — Private Credit & PE Deals (Santa Monica)

Monroe Capital, a premier private credit asset manager in Santa Monica, CA, is seeking a Director/Managing Director of Originations. This role focuses on building relationships with private equity sponsors to generate proprietary deal flow for middle market private credit strategies.
Ideal candidates will have over ten years of experience in cash flow lending or middle market finance, and strong connections within the private equity sector.
The position offers a base salary range of $200,000–$275,000 plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
