Donor Experience & Scheduling Specialist

Jobtailor

Jobtailor is seeking a Donor Services Associate to greet donors at local donation centers and educate them on blood donation procedures, ensuring comfort and answering pre-donation questions. You will schedule next donations, monitor wait times with staff, help retain frequent donors, and educate on additional collection techniques to optimize opportunities.
