TREATMENT & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Gateway Oaks Dental | Natomas, CA
Are you the person who turns "I need to think about it" into a confident yes?
We're not looking for a front-desk coordinator. We're looking for a closer, a connector, and a patient champion — someone with a dental assisting background who's ready to own the treatment journey and grow into a leadership role at one of Natomas' most dynamic dental practices.
ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET ALL OF THESE:- 1+ year of dental experience.
- Dental assisting background.
- Experience coordinating treatment plans & financial arrangements.
- Comfortable presenting large treatment plans to patients.
- Confident discussing financial options and payment plans.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Present & close treatment plans with confidence.
- Build financial arrangements that work for patients.
- Schedule to daily production goals — and hit them.
- Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience.
