TREATMENT & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Gateway Oaks Dental | Natomas, CA

Are you the person who turns "I need to think about it" into a confident yes?

We're not looking for a front-desk coordinator. We're looking for a closer, a connector, and a patient champion — someone with a dental assisting background who's ready to own the treatment journey and grow into a leadership role at one of Natomas' most dynamic dental practices.

ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET ALL OF THESE:

1+ year of dental experience
Dental assisting background
Experience coordinating treatment plans & financial arrangements
Comfortable presenting large treatment plans to patients
Confident discussing financial options and payment plans

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

Present & close treatment plans with confidence
Build financial arrangements that work for patients
Schedule to daily production goals — and hit them
Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU'RE ALSO:
