$1566.72/week - Job Summary: Provide essential patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Support meal setup and feeding to promote proper nutrition and hydration. Float between multiple floors as needed to address staffing requirements and resident needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols. Document resident care activities accurately and promptly. Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care. Qualifications: Current CNA license in good standing. Proven experience assisting with ADLs and providing personal care. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to multiple floors. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures.
