Woodfin-Your Home Team is searching for a Construction Technician to join our team! The Construction Technician will be a knowledgeable and skilled technician capable of performing a variety of tasks across our organization. This role has the potential to continually evolve within the department as the maintenance team continues to grow and accept additional responsibilities to support our companies.

Perform a variety of general building and property maintenance, service, and repair services supporting multiple company owned properties.
Perform a variety of maintenance services to include, but not limited to: painting, caulking, wall repair, minor plumbing work, basic electrical maintenance (replacing a ballast, replacing light fixtures, etc.), framing, sheetrock work, pressure washing, and more.
Previous painting, drywall, rough or trim carpentry/home building, framing, electrical, and/or plumbing experience is preferred.
Able and willing to be trained on the proper and safe operation of equipment as needed (e.g., Fluent English-speaking and writing skills are required.
Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
