Staff Accountant

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their finance team in Henderson. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with hands‑on manufacturing experience and a solid grasp of month‑end close processes. Job Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Support month‑end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain inventory‑related accounting records within the company’s ERP system. Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data. Partner with the broader accounting team on internal audits and process improvement initiatives. Monitor and analyze cost data tied to manufacturing operations. Uphold internal controls and adherence to established accounting policies. Prepare financial reports and summaries to support leadership decision‑making. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience, or an equivalent accounting‑related degree. Cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience working within an ERP system. Strong proficiency in Excel. High level of organization and attention to detail. Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and follow‑through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
