Senior Legal Counsel - Global Tech & Data Center Contracts
Digital Realty
Digital Realty is seeking a Sr. Legal Counsel, Commercial Contracting, to join its global Legal, Risk, Sustainability & Compliance team. You will lead sophisticated commercial and leasing transactions for North America and the Digital Realty platform, advising cross-functionally to advance commercial objectives while protecting the company's interests. You will draft and negotiate multi-jurisdictional agreements, support large-scale development and leasing deals, and mentor junior attorneys.
