Collaborates with interdisciplinary and inter-departmental teams to achieve goals and objectives for the provision of optimal patient care services. These services include structured treatment, program implementation, related documentation, and communication. Qualifications Minimum Education: M.S. or DPT in Physical Therapy Minimum Experience/Skills: Minimum six (6) months of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred Current California P.T.
