Job Title Legal Analyst - Department of Financial Protection and Innovation Location Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or San Diego office Salary $5,529.00 - $6,922.00 per month (minimum classification salary) Position Type Permanent, Full-time, In Office (telework may be available after established) Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I of the Legal Support Unit, the Legal Analyst performs routine paralegal duties for the Enforcement Division, supporting investigations and litigation in state, federal, administrative, bankruptcy, and appellate courts. Duties include preparing preliminary case reports and pleadings, analyzing and researching designated legal issues, independently preparing correspondence to complainants, and assisting in trial and deposition preparation.
