Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience providing skilled therapy to older adults and medically complex patients.
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong clinical judgment.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area and adapt to different branch operations.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Compliance with agency background and onboarding requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Home health experience required.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Weekend requirement: Yes.
• Coverage area includes The Villages and surrounding areas.
